Zone 10 - Basic Set

The first set of the new 'Zone 10' range of printable buildings is now available through RPGNow, DriveThruRPG, and Wargame Vault.

As I mentioned the other day, the set is designed specifically for use with 10mm miniatures, but can also be used for 6mm wargames by using the option to print multiple pages of the pdf onto a single sheet of paper (in this instance 2 pages per sheet).

The set is priced at $4.99 (a little over £3), and hopefully fills a bit of a gap in the printable terrain market.

  1. That's a great looking set! Does it scale up? I have 15mm stuff (Khurasan) and would love to use these models in my game, but I'm worried that the detail would look grainy if blown up.

    1. The images themselves have been drawn at 300dpi, so scaling them up just a little shouldn't be too bad. However, if you want to try for yourself, here's a link to a sample page that you can play around with:

      Hope that helps :)

    2. Thanks! I followed the link but couldn't get the scale to change on my printer. So, I said, "Stop being a cheap jerk" and I went to wargame vault and bought the set, anyway (only $4). I scaled up to 120% and it came out very nice and clean and just the right size for the Khurasan 15's.

I'll put up a link here to some pics once I use these in a game. Thanks for the great product!

...also, seeing a couple of pic's of them in action would be great :D

  2. Actually, correction: I found that the 120% was spilling over (too big to print on my printer). I suspect there are ways around this problem, but I'm not tech-y enough to know. Anywho, I think they're big enough to use as-is for 15mm, as well. I think the Khurasan's are "small" 15s, anyway.

    1. Maybe printing it in landscape mode might work? (though that would mean multiple pages per sheet, and some page/ink wastage)

...i.e. something like this screenshot (using adobe acrobat):

...though that might be what you have already tried.
